Return Policy


If the product you ordered does not meet your expectations or arrives damaged, you may return it for a full refund within 30 days. Because we believe in the quality of our products, refunds or exchanges will be given only by permission and will require an RMA number, which can be obtained by emailing info@greenjoes.com. Any returned products must be accompanied by an appropriate receipt or order number. Refunds will be credited to the same credit card used for the initial purchase.

Specialized Policies
