Placing Orders
New customers may begin shopping online by clicking on "Shop" in the upper toolbar. We recommend that returning customers log in to their account first so that they are able to view other items of interest, like their order history. Business customers should always log in before shopping so that they have access to the full catalog for their business needs.

Payment Options
We accept Visa, MasterCard, and Discover Card on our Web site’s Secure Shopping Cart. We also accept orders by telephone and mail. U.S. checks and money orders for U.S. dollars may be used for orders sent through the mail. No CODs, please. Business purchase orders may be emailed to info@greenjoes.com or mailed directly to us. Please do not send cash. Overseas orders must be paid by credit card.

Shipping and Handling
Most orders ship within 24 hours. Within the United States and Canada, orders are shipped via UPS.
When an order is placed, a shipping and handling charge is usually assessed to cover the packing and postage or shipping charges for getting the item to you. We are always conscious of the cost of this service and work to keep it as low as possible.
